GUILD ACTIVITIES

GUILD COUNCIL ACTIVITIES

.

SPEARHEADING THE CONSTRUCTION OF HUMPS ACROSS THE HIGHWAY.

When people hear this, some get challenged on whether the Guild president’s work stretches up to the role that seems to be for ministry of transport and works. Truth be told and to those that watched TV news and listened to different radio stations when the Guild president was pushing for this can testify. As we talk now humps are constructed across the road, with this, we are proud that cases of knocking students as they cross over the road are now minimized. But still take caution as you cross as there are still some drivers that do not respect speed limits and the zebra crossing.

PROVISION OF COMFORTABLE SEATS IN THE BASEMENTS.

There have been challenges of lack of enough seats in both basements of Ladies and Gent’s flat. And the situation has always been worse when students turn up to watch football, news, music in big numbers at ago. With the addition of more seats, “the future is now” seats this is now no more. A bigger number of students will now be seated as guys watch MAN U Vs Arsenal and as ladies will be watching Afri-magic and TRACE. The seats were provided courtesy of ministry of social affairs. You guys have fun!
